Alexandra Massei-Roshchina is a concert pianist, piano teacher and certified sophrologist. She teaches piano, piano ensemble and stage emotion management at the Conservatoire à rayonnement régional de Lyon.
 She studied at the National Superior Conservatory of Saint Petersburg and at the CNSMD of Lyon where she holds masters degrees in interpretation and pedagogy. Alexandra Massei-Roshchina has received numerous awards in national and international competitions (“Flamme”, Ville de Chatou, “Prix Teresa Llacuna”, “Jeunes Talents” in Montrond-les-Bains, “Alchimia di Musica”, “Maria Yudina Competition”). She also holds a C.A. (Certificate of Aptitude) as a piano teacher in national conservatories.

In 2006, she premiered Gilbert Amy’s Concerto for piano and orchestra in Lyon, performed in recital at the Bayreuth Festival thanks to a grant from the Wagner Society, and participated in the “ensemble in residence” of the Festival de la Roque d’Anthéron as a chamber musician. 
Passionate about the links between pedagogy and personal development, she completed her skills and experience by training at the Institut de Sophrologie Rhône-Alpes. Since 2012, she has been working in this field which she combines with her activity as a piano teacher while helping musicians to improve their level of performance and manage their emotions on stage. Alexandra Roshchina leads workshops for musicians within the SOL and NEL networks (southwest and northwest of Lyon), she intervenes in companies, leisure centers for children and their parents, organizes courses on stress management, self-confidence, preparation for the baccalaureate.

She is regularly invited to give conferences on the management of emotions for musicians, daily efficiency, preparation of a goal. She has led numerous courses on accompanying students at the CNSMD in Lyon, the CRR in Toulon, and the CRR in Cannes. She has also worked for the CNFPT in Nantes within the framework proposed by Forémi (e-training for instrumental practice teachers in the public sector). 


Alexandra Massei-Roshchina forms with pianist Alain Jacquon since 2017 the Duo Hands dedicated to the four hands and two pianos repertoire. They have performed successfully in festivals in France and abroad: “Les Inouïs” in Arras, “Home” in Canton, China, “Artenetra” in Celle-sur-Belle, “Musée en Musique” in Grenoble, during the International Cultural Forum in St. Petersburg, Russia, at the Petit-Palais in Paris.
