1. How quickly will I receive a reply?
We usually reply within 24–48 business hours. During sessions, the staff responds instantly and directly on site.

2. When will I receive confirmation of my enrollment?
After your application has been reviewed, you will receive a response within fifteen days at the latest.

3. Does the Academy provide accommodation or meals?
No, accommodation and meals are the responsibility of participants.

4. What are the opening hours of the premises?
9:30 to 19:00, depending on the class schedule.

5. Which metro stations are closest to the École Normale?
Malesherbes (line 3), Villiers (lines 2 and 3), Monceau (line 2).

6. What is the payment deadline after confirmation?
Payment must be made immediately after confirmation and within 8 days following the confirmation.

7. How many lessons are guaranteed?
A minimum of 4 instrumental lessons per week with the professor is guaranteed.

8. Is an accompanist provided for string players and singers?
Yes, according to a schedule to be arranged directly with the accompanist.

9. What is the weather usually like in Paris in July?
Average temperatures range between 18 °C and 27 °C (64–81 °F), with generally sunny summer weather, sometimes stormy.

10. Can I call you directly?

11. Where do masterclasses and concerts take place?
Venues vary (École Normale de Musique de Paris, partner halls). Exact details are provided to registered participants.

12. How can I register for a masterclass?
All registrations are online via the Admissions page. You will receive an automatic confirmation.
