An eclectic pianist, she performs a wide range of repertoire as a soloist and chamber musician, in France and abroad (Europe, China, India, United States…). She has appeared under the baton of Jean-Sébastien Béreau, Marc Tardue, Patrick Souillot, Frédéric Bouaniche and Nathalie Borgel with whom, within the Symphonia Médica orchestra, she recorded Rachmaninov’s Second Piano Concerto live in concert. She has shared the stage with Michel Moraguès, Romain Leleu, Elsa Grether, Sergio Lamberto, Vadim Tchijik, Sonia Wieder-Atherton, Jean Ferrandis, the Hermès Quartet, the Athéna Trio, the Liberquartet… With Florence Cioccolani she performed the complete works of Rachmaninov for two pianos and four hands. Since 2015 she has regularly performed with cellist Hélène Dautry, with whom a CD of the two Brahms sonatas was released on the Lyrinx label.
Contemporary music holds an important place in her artistic path: Philippe Hersant, Jean-Claude Wolff, Sophie Lacaze, and Claire Vazart, whose piano sonata, a trio and a song cycle, she premiered and recorded. She is also dedicatee of two works by Florentine Mulsant, including “Prélude, Aria et Final”, premiered at Salle Cortot in Paris in 2025. Since 2016, Sandra Chamoux has been working with baritone Emmanuel Cury. Together they founded Duo Phidylé, whose recording of the melodies of Duparc (Calliope label) received a “Choc Classica” award in September 2020. In May 2021, still with Calliope, their double CD of Philippe Hersant’s “Éphémères” and Debussy’s “Images” received 5 stars from Classica, 4 Diapasons and enthusiastic press in France and Germany.
In 2023 she recorded the complete chamber works for strings and piano by César Franck with the ensemble Des Équilibres for the Klarthe label, praised with 5 Diapasons and 5 Classica stars. In 2025 her solo piano CD “RéSonare” will be released by Indésens.
